modo in manhattan
modo energy approached us to furnish and style their new office in manhattan's financial district. rather than a standard corporate fit-out, the brief was to create a workspace with clearer zones for focused work and collaboration, making better use of space throughout. this project was grounded in warm materials that felt considered and energetic.

for this project, we focused on the spaces that shape how a team actually gathers: four conference rooms, dining spaces and the main lounge / entry. each conference room was built around sculptural selections and wood paneling for sound absorption. the entry and lounge brought it all together with a striking tufted leather sofa, dramatic marble coffee table, and warm accents on a natural jute rug.
the result is a set of rooms that feel like they actually belong to modo energy. polished enough for client meetings, warm enough that people want to be in them.
